Get Ready to Play AR-cade rentals!

On the day of your booking, we will show up hours before your even to setup. We will bring our high quality enclosed tents to setup our machines. All tents will include LED lighting to bring a more immersive gaming experience. We provide all extension cords and you provide as with a power source. We pridr ourselves with a state of the art experience and outstanding service. All rentals are for the agreed upon time.

A 25% deposit is collected to secure your date.  The remaining balance must be settled at the delivery of goods. 

If a cancellation occurs, deposits will be held and used to one of your future rentals

 In the event that equipment provided by Arcade rentals NY, LLC is damaged or lost due to the actions of event attendees or of staff not employed by Arcade rentals NY, LLC Customer agrees to pay for all repair or replacement up to the full value of the lost or damaged items, including shipping.

Please be advised, any damage to Machines will result in fees being charged for loss/ damage.

Arcade rentals NY, LLC cannot control the weather. This damage includes, but; not limited to the following:

· Damage caused by: Wind / Water / Extreme heat or cold

· Damage from moving machines that are to remain stationary

· Damage or loss will be assessed as soon as possible after conclusion of the event. 

All visible  damage will be photographed on site whenever possible.

Arcade rentals NY, LLC will provide a documented damage/loss report with costs included within 3 days after the event. Customer must pay for the damage or loss upon receipt for the report.

We  the right to refuse business to anyone.

Customer is also responsible for any injury, loss or damage to Arcade Rentals NY, LLC employees or equipment resulting from the conduct of event attendees and of staff not employed by Arcade Rentals NY, LLC. 

If requested machine is not in a working condition on day of event, Arcade Rentals NY, LLC will provide an equivalent machine for similar value.
